Questions we get
asked first

◆
What information do you need from me?

Property type and location, total area and number of floors, a floor plan with proper directions, the MahaVastu grid map if you have one, the main entrance location, the current use of each room, your main concerns or goals, and photographs or video of the property if required. You should also say whether you would prefer an online consultation or a site visit.

Do you consult online, or only in person?

Both. Online consultations include MahaVastu 6th-level working and follow-up support for six months, and are available to clients across India and internationally. Site visit consultations involve in-person property analysis and working; travel and accommodation expenses are charged separately where applicable.

What does a consultation cost?

Fees depend on the property, its size and whether the consultation is online or an in-person site visit. Share the details of your property and you will be quoted before any work begins.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

You may reschedule by informing us in advance, subject to appointment availability. Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation process, analysis or preparation work has started; exceptional cases are considered individually.

Is my floor plan kept confidential?

Yes. Client floor plans, photographs and personal details are kept confidential and used only for consultation and follow-up purposes. Information is retained for as long as reasonably required to provide those services.

What are your working hours?

Monday to Saturday, 11am to 6pm, by appointment. Sunday is by prior appointment for selected consultations.
